Cybersecurity for young people: a technological and employment perspective.
The Institute of Applied Sciences for Cybersecurity (RIASC) is organizing a course aimed at students in their final years of high school to provide an overview of cybersecurity from a technological, occupational and industrial perspective.
The aim of this course is to make young people, especially high school students, aware of the interdisciplinary nature of cybersecurity, to acquire basic concepts on cybersecurity and to offer a first contact with work methodologies and exposure of knowledge common in university teaching before pursuing higher education studies or entering the working world.
Competencies and learning outcomes
- Develop and defend basic arguments and solve elementary problems in the area of cybersecurity.
- Acquire an overview of relevant technological, labor and industrial issues from a cybersecurity perspective.
- To broadly understand some solutions applied in the technological, work and industrial environment in the field of cybersecurity.
- To have an overview of the most current issues in the field of cybersecurity.
